1) من نحن وما هو تطبيق خدماتل

خدماتل هو تطبيق مستقل تم تطويره بواسطة AsoolSoft، ويهدف إلى توفير مجموعة من الخدمات والمعلومات والأدوات في مكان واحد، بما يساعد المستخدم على الوصول إلى الخدمات اليومية والمعلومات المفيدة بسهولة.

قد يتضمن التطبيق، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

خدمات وباقات شركات الاتصالات.
باقات الإنترنت والمكالمات والرسائل.
خدمات وأكواد شركات الاتصالات.

التطبيق ليس جهة حكومية أو جهة اتصالات أو مزود خدمة اتصالات، ولا يمثل أياً من شركات الاتصالات أو مزودي الخدمات الذين قد تظهر أسماؤهم أو شعاراتهم أو خدماتهم داخل التطبيق.

إخلاء مسؤولية — الاستقلال عن شركات الاتصالات والعلامات التجارية: تطبيق خدماتل هو منتج مستقل تابع لـ AsoolSoft، وغير تابع أو مملوك أو معتمد من شركات الاتصالات أو مزودي الخدمات الذين قد يتم ذكرهم داخل التطبيق، بما في ذلك، على سبيل المثال: يمن موبايل، YOU، سبأفون، يمن نت، عدن نت، وأي شركات أو علامات تجارية أخرى.

تُستخدم أسماء الشركات والعلامات التجارية والشعارات، عند ظهورها، لأغراض التعريف بالخدمة أو الشركة ذات الصلة فقط، ولا يُقصد بها الإشارة إلى وجود شراكة أو اعتماد أو تمثيل رسمي ما لم يتم التصريح بذلك بشكل واضح. جميع العلامات التجارية والأسماء والشعارات تعود إلى أصحابها المعنيين.

2) المعلومات التي قد نجمعها

قد تتم معالجة بعض المعلومات عند استخدامك للتطبيق، وذلك بحسب الميزات التي تستخدمها، وإعدادات جهازك، والأذونات التي تمنحها للتطبيق.

معلومات الجهاز والاستخدام قد يتم جمع أو معالجة نوع الجهاز وطرازه، إصدار نظام Android، إصدار التطبيق، معلومات عامة عن أداء التطبيق، سجلات الأعطال والأخطاء، معلومات استخدام عامة، ومعرّف الإعلانات حيثما ينطبق ذلك ووفق إعدادات الجهاز وسياسات Google.
معلومات الشبكة والاتصال قد تتم معالجة بعض المعلومات التقنية اللازمة لتشغيل التطبيق، مثل عنوان IP أو معلومات شبكة مماثلة ونوع الاتصال ومعلومات ضرورية لتحميل المحتوى أو الاتصال بالخوادم.
التفاعل مع التطبيق قد يتم تسجيل معلومات عامة حول الأقسام والميزات التي تستخدمها لتحسين التطبيق والمحتوى وتجربة المستخدم.
المعلومات المرتبطة بالأذونات الاختيارية قد تتم معالجة معلومات مرتبطة بجهات الاتصال أو الاتصال الهاتفي فقط عند استخدام ميزة تحتاج إليها، وللغرض المحدد لتلك الميزة.

لا نطلب إنشاء حساب شخصي لاستخدام الوظائف الأساسية للتطبيق، ولا نهدف إلى جمع بيانات شخصية حساسة إلا إذا كان ذلك ضرورياً ومسموحاً به لتوفير ميزة محددة.

تشغيل تطبيق خدماتل وتوفير وظائفه.
توفير المحتوى والخدمات داخل التطبيق.

تحسين أداء التطبيق واستقراره.
اكتشاف الأخطاء والمشكلات التقنية وإصلاحها.
فهم الاستخدام العام للميزات والأقسام.
تحسين المحتوى والخدمات المقدمة داخل التطبيق.
عرض الإعلانات عند وجودها من خلال خدمات الإعلانات المستخدمة في التطبيق.
إرسال الإشعارات التي يختار المستخدم السماح بها.
منع إساءة استخدام الخدمات والأنشطة الاحتيالية.
الالتزام بالمتطلبات القانونية وسياسات Google Play والخدمات التابعة لجهات خارجية.

4) الإعلانات وخدمات Google وAdMob

قد يستخدم تطبيق خدماتل خدمات تابعة لشركة Google لتوفير بعض الوظائف، بما في ذلك:

Google AdMob لعرض الإعلانات.
Firebase Cloud Messaging لإرسال الإشعارات.
Google Analytics for Firebase، إذا تم تفعيله، لفهم الاستخدام العام وتحسين التطبيق.
Google Play Services لتوفير بعض وظائف Android وGoogle.

قد يتم عرض إعلانات داخل أجزاء معينة من التطبيق باستخدام Google AdMob. قد تقوم Google وشركاؤها بمعالجة بعض المعلومات، مثل معرفات الجهاز أو الإعلانات ومعلومات الاستخدام، بهدف عرض الإعلانات، وقياس الأداء، ومنع الاحتيال، وتحسين الخدمات الإعلانية، وتقديم إعلانات أكثر ملاءمة حيثما يسمح بذلك.

5) أذونات التطبيق

الإنترنت للاتصال بالخوادم وتحميل البيانات والمحتوى والخدمات وتشغيل بعض الخدمات الخارجية والبث المباشر عند توفره.
الإشعارات (Android 13+) لإرسال التنبيهات عندما يسمح المستخدم بذلك.
جهات الاتصال (اختياري) لتسهيل اختيار رقم داخل ميزات محددة يطلبها المستخدم. لا نرفع دفتر جهات الاتصال الكامل إلى خوادمنا لهذا الغرض.
الاتصال الهاتفي / USSD (اختياري) للمساعدة في تشغيل رموز التفعيل أو فتح تطبيق الاتصال عندما يطلب المستخدم تنفيذ ذلك.
معرّف الإعلان (AD_ID) لاستخدامه في عرض الإعلانات وقياسها عبر AdMob وفق سياسات Google، حيثما ينطبق ذلك.

يمكنك رفض أو سحب أي إذن من إعدادات النظام في أي وقت، وقد تتوقف بعض الميزات عن العمل إذا كان الإذن ضرورياً لتلك الميزة.

7) الاحتفاظ بالبيانات والأمان

نحتفظ بالمعلومات فقط للمدة اللازمة للأغراض التي تم جمعها أو معالجتها من أجلها، أو للمدة التي يفرضها القانون عند الاقتضاء.

نستخدم إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة للمساعدة في حماية المعلومات من الوصول غير المصرح به أو الاستخدام أو التغيير أو الإفشاء. ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة إلكترونية لنقل أو تخزين البيانات يمكن ضمان أنها آمنة بنسبة 100%.

8) خصوصية الأطفال

تطبيق خدماتل ليس موجهاً بشكل خاص إلى الأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، أو السن الأدنى المطبق في بلد المستخدم وفق القوانين المحلية.

لا نسعى إلى جمع معلومات شخصية من الأطفال بشكل متعمد. إذا علمت أن طفلاً قدم معلومات شخصية من خلال التطبيق بطريقة غير مقصودة، يمكنك التواصل معنا باستخدام معلومات الاتصال في نهاية هذه السياسة، وسننظر في الطلب ونتخذ الإجراءات المناسبة حيثما كان ذلك ممكناً.

9) حقوقك وخياراتك

إدارة أذونات التطبيق من إعدادات Android.
تعطيل الإشعارات من إعدادات الجهاز.
التحكم في إعدادات الإعلانات والتخصيص من إعدادات Google وAndroid.
حذف بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات الجهاز، حيثما ينطبق ذلك.
إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق لإيقاف أي جمع مستقبلي للمعلومات من خلال التطبيق.

10) الخدمات والمحتوى الخارجي

قد يوفر تطبيق خدماتل إمكانية الوصول إلى بعض الخدمات أو المحتويات التي يتم تشغيلها أو استضافتها بواسطة جهات خارجية، مثل البث التلفزيوني المباشر، والبث الإذاعي المباشر، وبعض الخدمات أو المحتويات التي تعتمد على مصادر خارجية.

عند استخدام هذه الخدمات، قد تتعامل الجهة الخارجية مع البيانات وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها. ولا يتحمل تطبيق خدماتل مسؤولية سياسات الخصوصية أو ممارسات معالجة البيانات الخاصة بالجهات الخارجية.

ينبغي للمستخدم مراجعة سياسة الخصوصية وشروط الاستخدام الخاصة بالخدمة الخارجية عند الحاجة.

11) التغييرات على سياسة الخصوصية

قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر نتيجة إضافة ميزات جديدة إلى التطبيق، أو تغيير الخدمات المستخدمة، أو تحديث متطلبات Google Play، أو التغييرات القانونية والتنظيمية، أو تحسين ممارسات الخصوصية والأمان.

Khadmatel is an independent Android application developed by AsoolSoft. It provides a collection of services, information, and useful tools in one place.

The app may include, for example:

Telecom services and packages.
Internet, calling, and messaging packages.
Telecom service codes and related information.
Useful tools and calculators.
Device specifications and information.
Currency exchange rates.
Country and city dialing codes.

The app is not a government entity, telecom operator, or telecom service provider and does not represent any telecom company or service provider whose names, logos, or services may appear in the app.

2) Information we may collect

Depending on the features you use, your device settings, and the permissions you grant, certain information may be processed when you use the app.

Device and usage information Device model and type, Android version, app version, general performance information, crash/error logs, general usage information, and advertising identifiers where applicable and subject to device settings and Google's policies.
Network information Technical information needed to operate the app, such as IP address or similar network information, connection type, and information required to communicate with servers and load content.
In-app interactions General information about sections and features you use, to improve the application, content, and user experience.
Optional permission-based information Information related to contacts or phone actions only when you use a feature that requires it, and only for the purpose of that feature.

We do not require a personal account for core app functionality, and we do not seek to collect sensitive personal information unless necessary and permitted for a specific feature.

3) How we use information

Operate the Khadmatel application and provide its functionality.
Provide content and services within the app.
Improve the user experience.
Improve app performance and stability.
Identify and fix technical problems and errors.
Understand general usage of features and sections.
Improve content and services provided through the app.
Show advertising where applicable through advertising services used by the app.
Send notifications when the user allows them.
Help prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse.
Comply with legal requirements, Google Play policies, and applicable third-party service requirements.

4) Ads, Google services & AdMob

The Khadmatel app may use Google services, including:

Google AdMob for advertising.
Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications.
Google Analytics for Firebase, if enabled, for general usage analysis and improvement.
Google Play Services for certain Android and Google functionality.

The app may display advertisements using Google AdMob. Google and its partners may process information such as device or advertising identifiers and usage information to serve ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, improve advertising services, and provide more relevant advertising where permitted.

Advertising and personalization options may vary by Android version, device, country, and Google settings. Users may control certain advertising and personalization settings through their device and Google account where available.

5) App permissions

Internet To communicate with servers, load data and content, and operate external services and live broadcasts where available.
Notifications (Android 13+) To send notifications when the user allows them.
Contacts (optional) To help select a phone number within specific user-requested features. We do not upload the user's full contact book to our servers for this purpose.
Phone / USSD (optional) To help run activation codes or open the phone/dialer application when requested by the user.
Advertising ID (AD_ID) For AdMob advertising and measurement where applicable and under Google's policies.

You may deny or revoke permissions through Android system settings at any time. Some features may stop working if the required permission is not granted.

7) Retention & security

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, or as required by law where applicable.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to help protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

8) Children's privacy

The Khadmatel app is not specifically directed to children under 13, or the minimum age applicable in the user's country under local law.

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has unintentionally provided personal information through the app, contact us using the information at the end of this policy and we will review the request and take appropriate action where possible.

9) Your rights and choices

Manage app permissions through Android settings.
Disable notifications through device settings.
Control advertising and personalization settings through Google and Android settings.
Clear app data through device settings where applicable.
Uninstall the app to stop future collection through the application.
Contact us with privacy questions or data-related requests.

10) External services and content

The Khadmatel app may provide access to services or content operated or hosted by third parties, such as live television broadcasts, live radio broadcasts, or other services and content that rely on external sources.

When using such services, the third party may process information according to its own privacy policy. Khadmatel is not responsible for the privacy practices or data-processing practices of third parties.

Users should review the privacy policy and terms of use of the relevant third-party service where appropriate.

11) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time due to new app features, changes to services used by the application, Google Play requirements, legal or regulatory changes, or improvements to privacy and security practices.

When material changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy will be updated. We recommend reviewing this Privacy Policy periodically.
